Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service: your email address (account identifier), authentication metadata (hashed password or OAuth provider linkage), billing details processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and operational logs of your downloads (so we can show your download history and enforce per-account limits). We do not collect 3D-printer telemetry or any data about the physical objects you print.
How we use it
Your data is used to provide and improve the Service: signing you in, processing payments, generating files, sending essential account email (verification, password reset, receipts), and operating customer support. We do not sell your data. We do not show advertising and we do not use third-party tracking pixels for ad attribution.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. A first-party analytics signal may be set to measure aggregate page performance; it does not identify you personally.
Third parties
We share data only with processors necessary to operate the Service: Stripe (payments and subscription management), AWS (hosting and storage), and an email provider for transactional mail. Each operates under its own privacy practices.
Data retention
Account data persists while your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle refunds, disputes, and tax compliance. You may request account deletion at any time via privacy@tfprints.local; data is then deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@tfprints.local to exercise any of these rights; we respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will note material changes to this policy at the top of the page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
