Yes, for the requester. If we build your request and you don't have a paid subscription, we email you the STL/3MF at no cost and will customize the model for you up to 10 times. The files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use, the same as our free tier.
No. We review all of them, but we only build what we can design well and publish for everyone. If we decide not to build yours, we'll tell you why — you'll see the reason on your request in your account.
We do. By submitting, you grant us the rights to build the model and publish it in our catalog for anyone to download. That's how we can do this for free. The submission terms spell this out in full — please read them before you send.
We can't promise a timeline. Requests are reviewed in batches and the queue depends on how many come in. Your account shows the current status of each one.
