Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TF Prints (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. The Service
TF Prints sells digital, parametric 3D-printable designs. We do not manufacture or ship physical objects. Subscriptions grant the right to generate and download STL/3MF files from the catalog under the license tier you select (Personal or Commercial).
3. License
Personal: non-commercial use only. Print for yourself, family, and friends. You may not sell printed parts or use them in client work.
Commercial: includes everything in Personal, plus the right to sell printed parts (Etsy, markets, client work) without per-unit royalty. Resale of the underlying digital files themselves is not permitted under either tier.
Files you download remain usable after cancellation under the license tier in effect at the time of download.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tfprints.local of any unauthorized use.
5. Billing and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cadence. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. A 7-day refund window applies to first-time subscriptions only and may be requested by contacting support.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) attempt to reverse-engineer the parametric pipeline, (b) use automated tooling to scrape the catalog or bulk-download files, (c) resell or redistribute the underlying digital files. Rate limits apply and may be enforced without notice.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or files downloaded from it, including damage to printers or materials, or fitness of any printed part for any particular purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. Sections 3 (License), 7 (Disclaimer), 9 (Governing law), and any provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TF Prints is domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
