A full-capture bicycle bottle cage designed for repeated bottle insertion and rough-road loads. Choose a symmetric classic cage, a left- or right-hand side-load cage for compact frames, or a thicker trail version with a front stay. Every design uses one continuous 180-degree front hoop and side paths rooted into the mounting spine instead of free-ended prongs. Add a hidden bolt-clamped AirTag pod sized for both AirTag generations, or an 8-24 mm frame spacer. Uses the standard 64 mm M5 bottle-boss pattern. A thin 0.5 mm TPU or EVA pad under the AirTag cover removes vibration play. Print upright in PETG or ASA with five walls (six for trail), 35-45% infill, a brim, and build-plate-only tree support beneath the capture hoop.
Cage layout: symmetric top entry, handed compact-frame entry with the front wrap retained, or a thicker rough-terrain hoop with a front stay.
Lower upper-return side of the side-load design while looking from the bottle side; ignored by the other designs.
Print the cage alone, add a hidden bolt-clamped AirTag pod and cover, or add a separate frame offset spacer. Use a thin 0.5 mm TPU or EVA pad under the AirTag cover to remove vibration play.
Bottle diameter at the cage contact zone. Standard cycling bottles are typically about 74 mm.
Front-wrap diametric interference preset: easier removal, balanced everyday grip, or the strongest grip for rough terrain.
Frame-to-cage offset produced by the separate spacer; used only with the frame-spacer mounting option. Longer M5 bolts are required.
