Support a drawer rail where it flexes away from the cabinet. Customize the wall gap, rail height, length and screw holes for a fitted spacer. Prints in PETG as one piece without supports; attach through the countersunk flanges with suitable cabinet screws.
A: the gap between the cabinet wall and the back of the slide rail - the thickness of the support behind the rail. 0.7 inch is 17.78 mm.
B: the height of the slide rail, top to bottom. The slot is made 0.4 mm taller so the rail drops in. 0.8 inch is 20.32 mm.
How long the support runs along the slide rail. Up to 250 mm, so it prints in one piece on the bed. Place it where the rail bows most.
How far the lips wrap over the rail's top and bottom edges. Keep it shallower than the rail's flange so the drawer's wheels stay clear.
Wood screw for the wall holes in the top and bottom flanges. The flanges are thin, so 16 mm (5/8 inch) screws are long enough.
Flat head: the holes are countersunk so the head sits flush. Pan head: plain holes for a round head.
A pilot hole through the middle of the slot. Line it up with one of the rail's holes: a screw through the rail bites into the support, and a long one continues into the wall.
Screw for the middle hole, through the rail's hole. The support has a pilot hole so the screw cuts its own thread.
How many supports to print - one per slide.
