A customizable pen built around the Pilot G2 gel refill — the world's most common gel refill, in 0.38 to 1.0 mm tips. Pick a barrel style (classic round, hexagonal, or a tactical slab with slide serrations inspired by bolt-action pistol pens) and put your own text along the barrel, raised in a second colour or engraved. Two printed parts and no other hardware: drop the refill into the barrel and screw the copper nose cone snug — the printed thread clamps the refill and swallows its length tolerance inside a shadow joint. Prints support-free: the barrel on its side, the nose standing tip-up so the thread lays down as clean rings.
Up to 10 characters along the barrel, forced to upper-case. Leave empty for a plain barrel.
Barrel shape. Classic: round with a flat text panel. Hex: pencil-like hexagon. Tactical: chamfered slab with slide serrations, a nod to bolt-action pistol pens.
Raised: the letters stand 0.6 mm proud of the barrel in the text colour — prints two-tone on an AMS, or single-colour anywhere. Engraved: the letters are cut 0.6 mm into the barrel for a plain single-colour look.
